SOUL SUNDAY

What's up welcome back to Soul Sundays!  Today I'm dedicating my selections to my parents. Yesterday was their birthday & if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have the love for soul music like I Do today.  There was always music playing in my household.  The commodores was one of their favorites.  My mom & dad lived in the same apartment building when they met back in the 70's.  She said he would always play "Brick House" every time she would pass by.  Ever since that they ended up together.  He was a smooth operator. HAHA

"Brick House" is a hit song from the Commodores' 1977 album Commodores and is one of their most popular songs. The single peaked at #5 in the U.S. and #32 in the UK pop charts.  They sing other great songs like "Easy", "zoom", "Sail on" & "Three times a lady".

Hope you like these selections!
